Dórica Amosse Nota, destacou-se como a camponesa de sucesso para o presente trimestre, em virtude dos seus recentes ganhos, na horticultura.

 

Muita cebola este ano

Com efeito, Dórica Amosse Nota explora 6 hectares de terra, dos quais, quase metade, em zona baixa, do Vale de Nhartanda, arredores da Cidade de Tete. Dentre as hortícolas produzidas, o destaque vai para a cebola-rosa, uma variedade originária de Nampula, cuja colheita saldou em 01 tonelada, no último período.

 

Outras culturas

Amosse garantiu, recentemente, ao “Boletim Informativo UNAC”, que para além da cebola, produzia banana (com colheitas entre 20 a 30 cachos por época), milho, feijões, beterraba, muito tomate e verduras afins.

 

Quem é Dórica Amosse?

Trata-se da actual Presidente da UPCT-União Provincial de Camponeses de Tete, desde a Assembleia Extraordinária de 2012. Filiou-se na Associação do Vale de Nhartanda no longínquo ano de 1983 (na altura Cooperativa), tendo sido eleita e presidido a União local (do Vale de Nhartanda), de 1984 a 1994. Em 1994 tornou-se Presidente da Comissão Preparatória da União Provincial, por eleição, tendo se mantido no cargo até 2003, ano da Constituição da UPCT (hoje com 16 Uniões e 3 Núcleos Distritais), da qual foi eleita Presidente, por 5 anos. De 2007 a 2010 foi Vice-Presidente; e de 2012 para cá, Presidente da mesma.

CAMPONESES DE SOFALA ESBOÇAM PLANO ESTRATÉGICO

Realizou-se, recentemente, nas instalações da UPCS-União Provincial de Camponeses de Sofala, o Workshop de elaboração do esboço do Plano Estratégico desta.

 

Participação e moderação

Tomaram parte do evento, 35 membros individuais, em representação das Uniões Distritais de Camponeses de Dondo, Nhamatanda, Buzi, Gorongosa, Cheringoma, Maringue, Caia, Chemba, Marromeu e Beira, para além dos membros dos Órgãos Sociais da UPCS, o Coordenador Executivo e os Técnicos do Projecto de Fortalecimento Institucional, financiado pela Beira Corredor.

 

O programa foi moderado por 2 Consultores provenientes da Cidade de Maputo, nomeadamente, Nádia João Estante e Roberto Luís.

 

Estrutura temática

O Workshop tinha como o principal dos pontos de agenda, a definição conjunta do conceito de Planificação Estratégica. Com efeito, durante o encontro, para além da auscultação geral, por parte dos moderadores, das sugestões dos membros, em vista ao Plano Estratégico propriamente dito, a maior parte do tempo, foi reservado aos entendimentos comuns sobre o que é a Planificação Estratégica, seus Elementos Chaves, Identidade Estratégica, Análise Swot/FOFA/PEST (via Power Point), definição dos Pilares Estratégicos, Direcção Estratégica (onde se destacou os Resultados e os Objectivos Estratégicos) e, por fim, a Estratégia de Implementação para cada Pilar; entre outras matérias relacionadas.

 

Resumindo o processo

Segundo apurou o “Boletim Informativo UNAC”, no final dos dois dias de trabalhos, passos significativos foram dados, naquela que foi a primeira etapa da planificação estratégica da UPCS. Aliás, o Consultor Roberto Luís explicou, na ocasião, que a primeira fase havia passado, com sucesso, e que a fase seguinte, implicará convidar outra vez os participantes da primeira fase, para apreciarem o que terá sido esboçado, com a sua colaboração, suas sugestões, vontades, saberes, anseios, etc, já contextualizados. Esta será, por outras palavras, a fase da harmonização e finalização do documento.

 

Congratulações à UPCS

O companheiro Ramos, Secretário da União Distrital de Camponeses de Nhamatanda, foi um dos tantos que revelaram ao “Boletim Informativo UNAC”, a sua satisfação pelo feito. "Agradeço bastante à UPCS pelo esforço evidenciado, e que culminou com a efectivação da primeira etapa da elaboração do guião que conduzirá as nossas acções futuras”.

 

Presidente da UPCS feliz

O companheiro Domingos Buramo, Presidente da UPCS, confessou-se, igualmente satisfeito pelo trabalho realizado, e sobretudo, pela forma como os Consultores encararam o desafio de envolver no processo, os camponeses, à partida, inexperientes nessa matéria, ainda que com visão e certeza das suas convicções e pretensões. Mais adiante, o companheiro Buramo agradeceu imensamente aos membros, pela abnegada entrega ao compromisso. “Conscientes dos esforços empreendidos pelos companheiros, para chegarem até aqui, e colaborarem neste difícil trabalho, partindo dos distritos, com as dificuldades que todos conhecemos, sentimo-nos claramente na obrigação moral de nos rigozijarmos com a abnegação de todos” - disse.

UPCZ REALIZA II ASSEMBLEIA ANUAL

A UPCZ-União Provincial de Camponeses da Zambézia, realizou, entre os dias 17 e 19 de Outubro, na Cidade de Quelimane, a sua II Assembleia Anual, com a participação de 42 delegados, provenientes dos 16 distritos onde esta intervém.

 

Aprovação de relatórios

No evento, o Conselho de Direcção da UPCZ apresentou aos membros, os relatórios de contas e de actividades, desde 2014, nos quais se destaca: a expansão do Movimento por mais distritos, as visitas realizadas pelos corpos dirigentes à base, a implementação de programas de desenvolvimento, a realização de formações/ capacitações, a construção de 11 Centros de Alfabetização, a aquisição (e entrega aos membros) de 3 moageiras, 2 motobombas e semente diversa, entre outras realizações.

 

Participação consciente

Sentindo-se identificados e/ou reflectidos no conteúdo dos relatórios, os delegados apreciaram-nos positivamente, e aprovaram-nos por unanimidade. Aliás, já na parte introdutória do encontro, o Presidente da UPCZ, companheiro Almirante Gero Gaute, exortara para uma participação activa e consciente, de todos, dada a necessidade e a importância de um minucioso exame das realizações, com vista ao melhoramento do desempenho.

 

Desafios para 2017

Para o próximo ano, a UPCZ, que conta com sensivelmente 20.000 membros, inscritos em 16 Uniões e 3 Núcleos Distritais, pretende, entre várias actividades, continuar expandindo o Movimento pelos restantes distritos, e formando os novos membros em matéria de associativismo; formar Agentes de Advocacia; formar Promotores e Facilitadores, em Técnicas Agroecológicas, etc.

CAMPONESES DE INHAMBANE CRIAM UNIÃO PROVINCIAL

Decorreu de 18 a 19 de Outubro, no Centro de Promoção Humana, de Guiúa, na Cidade de Inhambane, a Assembleia Constituinte da UPCI-União Provincial de Camponeses de Inhambane; com a participação de 34 delegados (provenientes dos Distritos de Jangamo, Panda, Funhalouro, Inharrime, Govuro, Vilanculos e Cidade de Inhambane).

 

Para além dos delegados, estiveram igualmente presentes alguns convidados, em representação do Governo e de Instituições parceiras e de tutela, nomeadamente, Administradora e SDAE do Distrito de Inhambane, Direcção Provincial de agricultura e Segurança Alimentar, ESF-Engenheiros Sem Fronteira, ORAM, ACUDES/ FOPROI e UNAC-Central.

 

Abertura Oficial

Como de custume, os trabalhos iniciaram com a apresentação duma mística, seguida dos Hinos Nacional e da UNAC, e duma oração religiosa. De seguida, apresentou-se e aprovou-se a agenda e o programa; para depois seguir-se a um momento de saudação dos participantes, pelo Presidente do NPCI-Núcleo Provincial de Camponeses de Inhambane, companheiro Andrade Fabião Muchanga.

 

A Administradora do Distrito de Inhambane, foi quem discursou, em momento de Abertura Oficial do evento, já que por motivos de agenda, o Governador da Província não se fizera presente no primeiro dia. Esta saudou a iniciativa dos camponeses, em constituir uma estrutura de nível provincial, exortando para que num futuro breve, a UPCI se registe juridicamente, e crie um arquivo estatístico, com vista a evidenciar a sua importância e o seu contributo, nos processos de desenvolvimento da província, mormente, tomando-se em conta, tais dados/ informações, nos momentos de planificação.

 

Pulsar do movimento

Depois das congratulações aos camponeses de Inhambane, proferidas pelos companheiros idos da UNAC-Central, seguiu-se ao pulsar do movimento: um momento em que os delegados falariam do seu dia-a-dia organizacional e de trabalho, nos seus distritos. Quase todos apresentaram mais sucessos do que dificuldades. Contudo, a seca/ estiagem, a consequente baixa produção e a fome; e pontuais problemas organizacionais e de liderança, no cômputo geral, caracterizaram os depoimentos.

 

Alternativas à agricultura

Para fazer face à situação da seca, entretanto, os camponeses falaram de actividades alternativas à agricultura, que têm vindo a realizar, a exemplo da piscicultura, corte e venda de estacas, apanha e venda da castanha de caju, etc.

 

Documentos aprovados

Ainda que com algumas emendas a ter em conta, todos os documentos apresentados à Assembleia, foram aprovados por unanimidade. Delegados e convidados, entretanto, sugeriram à UPCI, em geral, como estratégias: a transparência e boa liderança, a planificação de actividades, a boa colaboração com os demais actores de desenvolvimento (incluindo o Governo), a proactividade nos Conselhos Consultivos Distritais (e nos fóruns afins), e o aumento da produção e da produtividade.

 

Acto eleitoral

Em eleições consideradas limpas, o companheiro Saíde Amélia, ganhou a Presidência do Conselho de Direcção da UPCI.

LANÇAMENTO OFICIAL DA SAFRA 2016/2017, EM MANICA

Sob o lema “Produtividade, Produção Agrícola, Competitividade, Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional”, mais de 1000 camponeses, similares e parceiros, em representação de toda a Província de Manica, participaram, no passado dia 29 de Outubro, no Lançamento da Campanha Agrícola 2016/2017, cujo palco das cerimónias foi a Comunidade de Gojombe, no Posto Administrativo de Marera, Distrito de Macate.

 

Apelo à produtividade

Da parte do Governo Central, Sr Henriques Bonjesse, Vice-Ministro do Mar, Águas Interiores e Pescas, representou o Presidente da República que, na mesma altura, orientava a Cerimónia Central, no Distrito de Mopeia, Província da Zambézia.

 

No seu discurso, Bonjesse apelou à produtividade, com vista ao combate à fome e à pobreza. E prometeu apoios do Governo, principalmente, no que concerne ao aumento do número de extensionistas.

 

Tudo preparado

O Governador de Manica, Sr Alberto Mondlane, garantiu, por sua vez, que o Governo local estava preparado para as demandas da Campanha Agrícola em lançamento, destacando a disponibilidade de sementes melhoradas diversas, fertilizantes, insecticidas, vacinas e insumos afins. E prometeu o alcance da meta dos 7% preconizados pelo PEDSA.
